Monarch Meadows is our 24-bed memory care assisted living designed especially for those with a diagnosis of Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other memory loss related diagnosis. Our philosophy of care focuses on engaging residents in daily activities and socialization to enhance their daily life, utilizing a “friend to friend” approach, to make them feel safe, secure, and valued, in a safe and homelike atmosphere.
Our care team will create an individualized care plan to enable each resident to maintain their independence to the greatest extent possible during their journey with dementia, providing compassionate care for the body, mind, and spirit.
